So I am wondering lately if I am a little bit hydrated. My lips are constantly dry, I feel more thirsty and when I pee it's been darker than usual, usually it's pretty clear (TMI) and I've had more stomach issues during and after my runs. On a typical day I chug about 100 ozs of water, no other drinks and some days I drink more than that, not usually less. I'm planning on upping my water intake to see f that helps but does this sound like dehydration issues to you? I would think 100 Ozs a day should be enough be I guess not?
Re: Dehydrated?
Are you getting enough electrolytes? I might swap like 15 or 20 oz out for some gatorade or chocolate milk.
Bazinga!

yeah, just google electrolytes..you can get all sorts of different brands that i dont have calories. you can also buy salt pills. or eat salt.
the whole point is to keep your body balanced. when you run, you sweat out salt so you need to replace that salt to balance the water in your body.
Makes perfect sense to me!
