Rowed 10,000 meters today!
We have a 10k rowing "club" at my gym and today was my first attempt. I believe they started it in the Indo-Row classes after it was done on the Biggest Loser:
I let the teacher take the first picture, so my actual time was just around 47:07. My legs and arse or soooooo sore tonight. But it was worth it. I am doing it again next weekend at a charity event.
If you have the opportunity to attend Indo-Row classes, I highly reccomend it. LOVE IT!
