Isn't there a country somewhere that you have to submit names for approval? Am I making that up? Regardless, it may be necessary.
I think it's Germany.

I remember hearing that there's an approved list of baby names for expectant parents to choose from in the Czech Republic, but I don't know that to be fact.
Last name starts with an H, thank goodness
Neither parent has a K name, either. Ugh.
