Meals & Exercise - 05/07/12
I'm starting this up again. I'm trying to get back in the habit of prepping my lunches Sunday night so I don't have to think about it during the week (just grab and go).
B - Oatmeal w/ sliced banana
S - Strawberries and blueberries
L - Field green and spinach salad w/ grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes and mango chipotle vinaigrette
S - Yogurt
E - Softball game tonight
D - TBD

B - 2 scrambled eggs + Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage/Egg/Cheese/Wheat Bagel sandwich + coffee (2 creamer, 5 splenda)
L - Pot Roast + Potatoes & green beans in a rosemary sauce
D - Chicken
S - Cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, high protein chips
Pre workout - Pure Protein Strawberry shortcake bar
Workout - Zumba, 60 mins
PSU- your lunch sounds delicious
B- granola bar
L- leftover rabbit boudin and bison tenderloin, with a salad
S- apple
D- pasta with vodka sauce and steamed broccoli
E- limpin' around on this bum leg
B- blueberry bagel thin w/ cream cheese and chia seeds, coffee, now I have water
L-frozen lean cuisine, chicken fettucini alfredo
S- banana and a yogurt
D- not sure! I didn't set anything out but it will probably be shrimp or pork chops
E- might do a 30 day shred workout at home

B - Raisin Bran Crunch, no milk.
S - Greek yogurt with blueberries
L - Cracked pepper turkey and muenster on whole wheat.
D - Mozzarella stuffed meatballs with whole wheat spaghetti.
E - ...not sure. I think I might get some yoga in there before I sit down for my movie.
I eat these regularly - they are so good! And good protein
