Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Exercise Results Q
I can't remember where I saw it but I saw something that said something like - It takes X amount of time for others to see a change, x amount of time for you to see a change... - from working out. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

In case I fail at putting the image in - google/bing image search "exercise results it takes 4 weeks" and you should find it.
