What's for lunch?

I'm snacking on some falafel chips and hummus and it is delicious.  Later, a CW and I are going to hit up happy hour at Starbucks for some 1/2 price fraps.  Yum.

  • We're just relaxing today because we're home sick.  I usually have a protein smoothie but I think I'll just have rice crackers, veggies and hummus. Who needs protein?

Did you make this? If so, do you saute the spinach? This sounds really good and gluten free.

  • I went to the salad bar at the nearest grocery store and dished up a HUGE container of broccoli salad (the kind with onions, raisins, and mayo dressing.)  OMG, SO GOOD.  I know I'll be burping broccoli all afternoon but I don't care.

I also got a Bolthouse Farms mocha cappuccino which is like a "healthy" Starbucks bottled drink.  SO GOOD.  I love every single thing Bolthouse Farms makes.

For dessert I got a sea-salt caramel.  It's small but I end up kind of sucking on it to make it last.  SO GOOD.

Basically I'm pretty pumped about lunch today.  :-)
