  • I run 3x, a functional training class 1x (similar to crossfit), and i usually try to squeeze in a couple of days of 30DS or some other workout at home while the kids are napping/having quiet time.  i was feeling pretty good about my schedule until i started reading what other moms are doing - no idea HOW they do it, but whatever, i'm happy w/ my routine!

  • I run 3-4x a week and take a hot power yoga class 2-3x a week.  Runs are 3.5 - 6 miles unless I'm training for something.
  • Unless I'm in the middle of crazy deadline season:

    4-6 days of CrossFit

2-3 days of  Running or Cross-training

1-2 days of yoga or stretching

Ditto!  I feel like making it to work out 6 days a week for an hour is all I can do without majorly reworking my childcare options.  When I trained for a marathon I needed to hire loads of sitters, but that just isn't sustainable.  My kids don't nap, my husband works long, unpredictable hours, and I don't have daytime childcare for my little one, so that's really all I can do right now (I take yoga 6-7 am 2-3 times a week, and run after the kids go to bed or in the morning).  I don't know how they do it, either, but color me impressed! :)

It really is a challenge with little ones, isn't it?! My DH travels quite a bit for work, so when he is oot I don't get nearly as much time in. My gym childcare allows me to run & bike from the gym as a part of our normal childcare, so that really helps me on those weeks that I'm alone with DD. I just remind myself that one day I will be sad when I have tons of time for myself :(.
