Share your breakfast shakes with me!

I'm looking for a low calorie, high protein, high fiber breakfast shake to drink in the morning before work (usually at say 4am). I also plan to eat a 2nd light breakfast at 9am or so. Any one have any shake suggestions?

Do any of you add things like flax seed to yours?

  • Most often it is diet blueberry juice or coconut water with frozen blueberries & blackberries, protein powder and a Tbsp of chia seed.  Sometimes it's silk soy milk with protein powder, banana and powdered peanut butter.

  • mine is usually a banana, spinach, blueberries or strawberries, soy milk (or coffee creamer) and flax seed.
  • vanilla almond milk, spinach, flax seed, banana, frozen blueberries and frozen strawberries
