Kale chips--need recipe

I got a bunch of kale at our farmers' market on Saturday.  I've been hearing a lot about kale chips and how good they are.  Anyone got a good recipe to share?

I just tear the leaves off the thick stem, wash and spin dry (dry really, really well). Then I just spray with olive oil (misto) and sprinkle with kosher salt. Bake at 400 until the edges start to brown and it's crispy. I eat it with ketchup? they taste exactly like potato chips!

This is how I make them, and while they are good, they DO NOT taste exactly like potato chips.
