I love the gym and have no problem going. Snacking is my problem. I would like to lose 10 pounds which is very difficult for me. I went to the dr about a year ago because I was losing weigh to fast and I was very anxious. I went on meds and now it is very hard for me to lose weight. Here is a sample day of what I eat.
B - eggs and veggie sausage
S - dried fruit
L - salad with turkey and cheese wrap with apple
S - cottage cheese and strawberries
D - Veggie burger with portobello mushroom and aspargus
S - yogurt
If I didnt have an exam tonight I would of took spinning.
I am starving at night. What do you guys suggest?

Maybe some more protein? That day doesn't seem that unreasonable to me. How much of stuff are you eating (i.e., how many eggs, how much turkey, etc.)? Maybe swap out for Greek yogurt if you like it...more filling.
Are you counting calories? How many calories are you eating overall?
I think adding some healthy fats would help--instead of dried fruit, have a banana with almond butter, etc.
