NDR: Radio spoiled TV show results

I was just minding my own business, sitting in the car, waiting for H to grab our dry cleaning and listening to the radio. Next thing I know, BAM, the lady DJ spoiled the Amazing Race and Celebrity Apprentice from last night.

Who does that??? At least give a warning first.Sheeez!!

We typically never watch shows on tv at the actual time they are on and I'm really careful about reading stuff on-line or on the Entertainment board so nothing gets spoiled.

Re: NDR: Radio spoiled TV show results

  • I think most if not all radio morning shows talk about last night's tv...if you don't want spoilers definitely don't listen to the radio in the am! Sorry it got spoiled for you :(

It was on XM radio. It wasn't a radio show at all. Usually the Dj's discuss the artists or the songs they are playing not television shows.
  • There should always be a warning. Then at least I can choose to turn off the radio.

During the Adam Lambert/Kris Allen season of American Idol, my cousin's wife (who lived in our time zone) spoiled who won via facebook three hours before it premiered in our time zone. She had friends three time zones away who posted the results and she decided to re-post on to hers. I was so angry.

  • That's annoying! I'm sorry. I think a good rule is- within 24 hours always ask "have you seen the finale/show" before spoiling. Or on a radio/show/message board give a warning of spoilers. No fun!
