1. I did the crossword and word jumble in the paper at the car dealership this morning while waiting for my oil change (last freebie :::cries:::), is that weird? It was just one of three of todays papers sitting on the coffee table in the "comfort area".
2. Also, the view was on the TV. WHY is that show still on air? I don't do daytime TV, but holy frig it was driving me insane. They don't have full conversations because they each have a question of their guests. Also, Norah Jones' new song sucked ass (I was embarrassed for her), and Dr. Phil is a loser. They asked Dr. Phil what he thought about 50 shades and was it equivalent to porno and they didn't even get an answer before talking about some 700lb guy that asked for Dr. Phils help, and then no resolution there either. I wanted to change the channel but there was no remote.
3. We are going to a wedding this weekend for friends. I had planned to wear a dress I bought last summer, but I think it may be too similar in colour to the BM dresses. Now I need to figure out what to wear instead. Any inspiration? It's an an estate on the water of a ski club/golf club. I can't spend a ton because I'm officially unemployed and moving abroad soon.
4. I found out today the job I had interviewed for at MrJJ's employer was cancelled. This is better than being turned down, despite the fact that I would have had to turn down the job if they offered it to me. So, I emailed my contact there and mentioned that I was travelling with H while he did the France gig, and would be looking for a September start. Then I had been emailing with a faculty advisor from my school and she mentioned that she had also said to this person at MrJJ's work about me travelling and that she should consider me for the September position when it opens. This all feels very positive. I am about 90% sure I will intern P/T at the company while in France to spend some of my time, but also build some positive karma/credit with the company.
5. If I have chocolate buttercream frosting that I've defrosted, but there isn't enough for half a dozen cupcakes, do you think I can mix it with some nutella to get more from it?

i have a headache and i know it's b/c i didn't drink enough water today. so dumb; i'm so annoyed at myself. i thought i could help it by chugging a huge tumbler of water a while ago, but now i feel sick and my stomach is all swooshy.
i ugly cried earlier this evening when my bff called to tell me she is pregnant. she has been trying for well over a year and i'm so happy for her. this is the first baby, ever, in my life that i can't wait to meet. i want to buy it things already. this is a weird feeling for someone who is freaked out by babies.
christina is such a cuuunt on the voice. what is her deal w/ tony? i hope juliet wins though.
We didn't have as much nutella as I thought, so I did part nutella, part PB.
I have also been having headaches, but it's got to be sinus related, which blows hard because I thought my surgery would have fixed things last year.
I've been drinking a lot of water and also have swishy belly right now. I'm too full for a cupcake.
Also for your BFF, that's awesome. It's fun that you are so excited.
