Just once. I ordered a mattress pad earlier this year. It arrived within a reasonable amount of time, but not lightning fast or anything. Not much else to say except I absolutely hated the mattress pad and couldn't return it.
Oh, and a month or so later they'll email you a 20% off coupon code to lure you back, so only buy one thing if you can, and hold off on other purchases until they send you the coupon.
I haven't ordered from them yet, but I've heard good things.

Wow - this is actually good to hear.
I ordered a christmas tree from them - it was supposed to ship on a certain date. It didn't. Then they gave me a new date. Didn't ship then either. Then I started googling and got really, really nervous because of all the bad reviews (people saying that the site said the item was in stock when it really wasn't, people who never got their merchandise, people who couldn't get their money back, etc). So I canceled my order. I had no problems canceling however, but I had written them off as a scam. I'm glad to see that others have had good experiences - perhaps I will try them again in the future.
