5K tips to increase speed
My PR for a 5K is 25:10 (last October). My latest 5K (this past Sat) time was 26:04. I want to run a race under 25 minutes. Can anyone share some training tips to help me reach this goal. I have been trying to run 2 - 3 times a week.

This is what I did all winter while I was not training for any specific event. I would do one "longer" run, about 7 miles, and then 2 regular runs. Then 2-3 Xs a week I would do sprints. It helped me shave 5 minutes off my last 5K.
