OK, to be fair, your breast lump apparently turned out to be nothing. And the anxiety is clearly something.

The *best* thing I got from therapy was learning that I WAS codependent. It's easy to be like, "Nah, I'm not!"
Truth is, a lot of people are...and it's hard to realize.
