Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Plank challenge check in!

How'd you do this week ( or last--work kicked my butt and I forgot.). 

 

For me:  1:49 elbows and toes.  At this  rate breaking 2 min. Will be a miracle.

  • I have been sick all last week. Saturday was my first day back. I did 1:30. I know I can do longer tonight I am going for 1:45
  • I'm not doing a challenge per se but yesterday I hit two minutes with elbows on a large stability ball and toes on ground. I usually do roll-outs but decided to hold the position to see what I could do.
