Hi everyone! I mostly lurk on this board but I thought I would post my weight loss success that I have received thus far. I am not yet at my goal weight, I have 6 more lbs to go but I am very happy with my results so far.
Beginning on January 23rd I started working out with ChaLean Johnson doing her Turbo Fire dvd's. I also started counting my calories using MyFitnessPal. I have lost 25 lbs using her program and I still have about 6 more weeks left doing the dvd's. Her program has a 12 week and 20 week program. I opted for the 20 week program since I had not met my goal weight at 12 weeks.
I just want to remind people that you can lose the weight if you put your mind to it. I have lost this weight while finishing up my last semester of undergrad taking 5 classes and working full time.
