E: 3 mi run (Saw a catfight and got hissed at by a possum!  Quite an urban adventure.)

B: ww bagel w/ almond butter; coffee w/ milk and sugar

L: Leftover slow cooker chicken w/ tomatoes, cannellini beans, yellow pepper; broccoli; nonfat vanilla yogurt

S: Odwalla bar if needed

D: Not sure yet, doing a big grocery trip after work.  Possibly spinach, white bean and goat cheese lasagna w/ ww noodles

  • B - 1/2 english muffin w/egg + sliced fruit + coffee w/milk

    S - trail mix

    L - almond chicken pasta + veggies w/hummus + apple

    D - leftover mini burger + veggies of some sort

    E - cross train + strength

  • B: oatmeal, tea

    S: strawberries, cheese stick

    L: ww and oat bran pita with light mayo, turkey, reduced fat cheddar, onions, lettuce

    S: carrots, apple, air popped popcorn

    D: pasta with chicken and broccoli

    E: sprints 

  • B: ww cream of wheat

    L: homemade egg salad on ww, Atlanta Fresh Greek Yogurt-Caramel and Vanilla

    D: ?

    S1: TJ's ww crackers

    S2: Granola bar or gu on the bike

    Dessert: Naval orange

    E: Either 90 minute ride w/intervals or moderate trainer ride, depending on the weather. We are supposed to get some nasty thunderstorms this afternoon. 

  • B: Oatmeal w/ pb.  Coffee.

    L: Leftover creamy taco mac.  Apple.  Carrots

    S: Greek yogurt

    E: Swimming, probably.

    D: Crockpot Pineapple Chicken (probably on rice)

    L: big greek salad with veggies, olives, chickpeas, feta, and vinagrette; garlic bread; strawberries

    D: ravioli with tomato basil sauce, mixed green salad with tomatoes

    B: activa with 1/2 serving of granola and blueberries, decaf tea with almond milk

    L: out for a coworkers birthday - probably a salad?

    S1: banana with 1 tbs peanut butter, if needed

    S2: possibly office snacks for birthday (if not, fruit cereal bar)

    E: day off

    D: 1/2 sandwich with avocado, romaine, apple

    D: ? maybe just cereal.  I am exhausted today and not feeling all that great!!
