Whew!
My mom is out of surgery. My dad just called me to say everything went well and there's a good chance she'll ge to go home later today. Right now the doctor is watching her incision and as long as the bleeding stops they'll release her (she's been on a blood thinner so they're being extra careful about making sure the bleeding stops). Thanks for all of the good thoughts and healthy vibes.
