I've been wanting matching bedside tables (or small dressers to act as bedside tables) for our bedroom for literally a decade! Right now dh has a tv stand on his side of the bed and I have a living room end table that I want to put back in the living room. I have some gift cards and am debating what to do with them (mini vacation, new clothes, half an iPad, new dresser, or matching end tables). Right now I'm thinking about bedside tables/3-drawer chests. They would give extra storage space that we could use, and I've been wanting them for SO long. I'm not crazy about our dresser and want to replace that too at some point, but I could paint the dresser to match the end tables until we can get a new one.
Anyway, does anyone have the Koppang 3 drawer chest? Our bedroom is pretty big so I think the size would work. Any reviews? Or any ideas for other bedside tables? TIA!
Re: Anyone have the IKEA Koppang chest?
We have this as our bedside tables, and love it. It's pretty sizeable -- bigger than it looks in that online pic -- but not ridiculously large or too tall to make a good bedside table, and enough storage for undies and socks and that kind of thing.

I have seen the IKEA Rast chest hacked a bunch of times for nightstands...not sure how that compares in size to the one you posted.
