As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Meals & Exercise - 05/08/12

B - Oatmeal w/ sliced banana

S - I found a small chocolate Easter bunny in one of my desk drawers.  *poof!*

L - Field green and spinach salad w/ grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, feta and chipotle vinaigrette, yogurt

S - strawberries/blueberries, cheddar cheese

E - Gym tonight for a run and the elliptical, weights as well

D - Tacos

  • Mine is exactly the same as yesterday except the exercise

     

    B - 2 scrambled eggs + Jimmy Dean Turkey Sausage/Egg/Cheese/Wheat Bagel sandwich + coffee (2 creamer, 5 splenda)

    L - Pot Roast + Potatoes & green beans in a rosemary sauce 

    D - Chicken

    S - Cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, high protein chips

    Pre workout - Pure Protein Strawberry shortcake bar

    Workout - Body Attack 60 minutes

  • B- 2 egg whites & almonds

    S: 1/3 cup granola

    L: Lean Cuisine Pizza, Apple

    S: 100 calorie Snack pack

    E: 10 minute Run, Zumba, Abs

    D: Ranch Chicken with panko spinach & long grain and wild rice

  • B - Cinnamon Honey Bunches of Oats with unsweetened almond milk

    L - Cracked pepper turkey/muenster on honey whole wheat

    S - Reduced fat Wheat Thins

    D - Ended up having fairly healthy nachos yesterday so mozz. stuffed meatballs and whole wheat spaghetti tonight. Yum!

    E - Rock climbing after work, and a hike to the routes.
