If it's just me, fish
I have no idea, I was just on WC to see if anything called out to me. It didn't.

I wish these were, but since I have none of the ingredients, I have no idea. BOO.
Chicken breasts with asparagus and rice pilaf. Not sure how I'll cook the chicken yet.
Leftovers.
We need to clear out the refrigerator before leaving for vacation this weekend.
Tortellini (from a bag in the freezer - fancy!) and salad.
I need more vegetarian ideas. I'm feeling uninspired.

Chicken Florentine Pesto Pasta
Please elaborate.
I have no idea what's for dinner tonight...possibly breakfast for dinner (fried ham, eggs, toast, fruit) because I refuse to go to the grocery store until tomorrow.
going to friend's place.
I think they said they were making some kind of pasta and tofu dish, so not sure what we're having.
Last night made chicken w/ 40 cloves of garlic. (slow cooker version). I've been curious about that recipe for quite some time, so it was nice to try. Breast meat was dryer than some other ways I've cooked it, but it was still very nice. I may have pulled it from the juice too soon compared to when we ate it, though.

I usually make this with ground turkey but last night I made it with ground beef. I think I like it better with turkey.
