She said earlier that he did end up calling or texting her... but she didn't say why he was so late in doing so.

He couldn't get cell service in the WV mountains so he called from a land line.

  • Yup he called. There is no service. I got to school today and the principal who dropped them off was actually supposed to call me earlier. He didnt call me until 11

Yes it was anticlimactic. I apologize for not giving you a better ending. I wont be able to talk to him until he gets home on Friday. So maybe a little bit of crazy can come out :)

Yup... They tested Vitamin d and b and all that good stuff. She also had me take a survey type thing. The survey showed that I am in the high category for Major Depression; Moderate for Dysthymia (a kind of depression); Moderate for Cyclothymia (moderate form of bipolar); and Moderate for Seasonal Affective Disorder.

From the survey she wanted to get me into talk to someone.

Congratulations on taking a good and positive step.  I know none of this is easy.  And I don't mean to imply that you're annoying, I've been there. I AM there. Lord knows these people have listened to me biitch about my job for five years.

  • I'm glad that you went to the doc and are on the right track. I also get what role your anxiety played in your H leaving etc. you didn't really deserve the pile on last night, even though the screen name thing was weird.

That survey they gave you is laughable.  Don't let them slap a label on you that quickly.  Pretty much anyone that takes that survey gets those results.

  • Wait, can low vitamin d and b cause anxiety? Because I just had to start vitamin b shots and I have been a ball of anxiety lately.

Yes it was. I misunderstood. Its over now. I mean the screen name thing was stupid. Thanks for saying that i didn't deserve the pile on :)

Yes Vitamin D makes you "happy" the people who do not get to be in the sun a lot get it. Also a big part of seasonal depression.

Vitamin B is mostly energy and metabolism.

Ya that is one thing no one will understand unless they get it. With my anxiety I used to go outside. Clear the head smoke a cig and I was fine. Not anymore
