How do you do your curly/wavy hair?
My hair is curly/wavy and past my shoulders. I've been flat ironing it since high school when I chopped 15 inches off but I'd like to start wearing it naturally. What do you do to combat frizz all day? What products do you recommend? Anything to stay away from? Any other tips?

Re: How do you do your curly/wavy hair?
I usually straighten mine, when I don't my curls/waves get really frizzy since I have fine/wavy hair.
I use a leave in conditioner (garnier) and then use Schwarzkopf Osis mousse and hair spray (level 2) and let it air dry, it give me the perfect combo of waves and a little crunch so my hair isn't too frizzy but not overly crunchy and hard.
switching to sulfate free products really reduced the amount of frizz in my hair. My hair is wavy and I have a ton of it.
I will often wash my hair at night, apply some argan oil and twist it up in a scrunchie (i know, I only wear it to bed!). In the morning, I'll take my curling iron and go over some of the top layer to add some extra definition. This takes out some of the frizz too.
I used to always flat iron my hair but found DevaCurl products and I've been wearing it natural since (with a few rare exceptions.) I'm usually not big on getting sucked into products but I couldn't believe the change in my hair with these. I use the DevaCurl Low-Poo (silly name I know but it's low-sulfate, and they also have No-Poo which is no sulfate), DevaCurl One Condition, and then I scrunch in some or their AnGEL. I love it.
