Finally got to see the ortho
They took xrays and I have no dislocation/dysplasia at all, my hips look 'great'. They did some tests and determined that I have ITBS and trochanteric bursitis. So I have 6 weeks of 2x/day nsaids and I also got a corticosteroid shot right in the IT band. That and stretching should take care of it.
I'm thankful it doesn't appear to be anything else!

Glad to hear everything is ok! ITBS can be rough, but if you follow the stretches you should be good to go.
