We have a circles theme going on with our rugs in our house. DH is opposed to floral but is okay with this. It will go in a little hallway space that has a wood floor that our lab always slips on as he is tearing around the corner to get outside. I'm afraid he's going to hurt himself! I have no idea what the colors would be in real life based on these two pictures. It's from overstock.com so we would keep it no matter what because shipping back = $$$$$. Our other rugs from there have been great.
ETA: Or there is this one. We have the same one in a 6' round in our dining room on the other end of the house. Would it be weird to have 2 the same pattern but different shapes/sizes?
Re: PIP: Is this rug fug/not fug?
The top photo of the first rug looks a lot better than the second photo.
I knew you were going to say that before I even clicked on this. :-)
Fug City.
Just for reference, I like these rugs:
I like the above 2. The style doesn't really work in our house though.
Rugs are HARD y'all. As soon as you eliminate the traditional oriental or floral rugs there isn't much left.
I like this rug better than the ones you posted.

The first one doesn't come in the size we need and the second is too expensive for the size we need.
But thank you for the links!!! I like the second one in sage. We would need teh 3.5' x 5.5' size and I know DH won't want to spend $188 on it. Or maybe he would.... I'll send him the link anyway. THANK YOU! :-)
Not a fan.
I like the rectangles more, but I wouldn't get it if you already have the same pattern.
We don't. :-( We have light oak from the 50's.

This is our living room rug. It's huge so it's basically like carpet in there.
Our dining room rug is like the one with colored rectangles I posted above.
This is our bedroom rug. More circles! The green of this rug matches the lime green of the living room rug.
This is the office floor:
Yeah that is what we're thinking too. It's only $90 in the size we need though.....so tempting! :-)
Oh but you already have some graphic rugs that look great! I like the fact that you kept the circle thing going too.
And I can kind of see the color of the hardwood (which is the color of hardwood I want in our house, when we get a house) and I think it'll look wonderful

Too $$$. And not *quite* our style. Close, but not quite. I have very finicky taste. :-)
eta: And that is waaaay too big. 3'-6" x 5'-6" is the max we can go.
I appreciated you looking though - thank you again!! :-)
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.

Ooh good to know. When we ordered our living rm rug 4 years ago it would cost half the price of the rug to return it. Thank goodness it worked!
Thanks Smoo! :-)
I love all the "accessories" in your pictures. Your boys are the cutest. But you know im a sucker for brown dogs. FWIW, I like the rug you posted, i don't think it's fug at all
ETA: We replace our rugs (3x5ft size) about every 2-3 years. (We go through them since the dogs like to lay on them and track dirt in, etc.) We actually almost always end up buying from K Mart even though I dont enjoy shopping at that store. Here are a few non floral options....

Also....Walmart usually has a decent cheaper selection. Good luck! I hope you find something that will work for your space
