F*ck, is this a normal part of getting older? I feel like there is always something wrong with me. Headaches, migraines, cramps, backache, sore neck, etc. I mean, every other day I'm sitting there thinking "man, this hurts, I should take something, or get a warm compresse". I even have a sore bumhole FCS, and it is sadly not from anal sex!
I eat healthy (well, mostly), exercise, sleep well. This should not be happening all the time! Too much computer work combined with whacked out hormones and normal aging? Ugh.
(yes, this was a total whiny post. I'm having a drink which will hopefully put me in a better mood. I have really bad low abdomen cramps right now that go all teh way to my back, and a headache just for the extra fun)
Re: Do you feel like you are always in some kind of pain?
Poor poodle. I understand your pain. I've got a weird back pain and I'm not sure what it is. Maybe strain from lifting the car seat? I originally thought it might be related to the epidural placement, but I doubt it and it's been 7 weeks now.
Sounds like you need a solid benedryl sleep to me! Or a good robaxacet sleep. lol
lol jules, maybe plain old drunken sleep? Ok, not really, I have to work tomorrow. I'll take some advil and go to bed early.
Oh and it could definitely be the carseat. God, I hated that thing so much! It weighs a million lbs even without a baby.
lol How about a partially drunken sleep? Hmmm...maybe I'll partake in a glass myself. haha
I even bought a "lightweight" car seat. The Britax was way lighter than the others I looked at. Now J is about 10 lbs. I started lifting weights again today to regain my strength. I'm such a weakling these days. lol
Everything hurts! I have arthritis in my thumbs, headaches, popping jaws, sore lneesyoi name it hurts.
Sh*t we are all fuccked. Maybe I should just start drinking more.
Yes, but only since having Audrey. It's been something ever since - mostly bad back pain.
More often than not, but it it really is my fault.
I've been getting a lot of headaches lately, but I think most of the time, it is because I fail to keep my blood sugar steady. I'll go HOURS without anything but coffee and then wind up with a pounding headache.
I could probabaly improve the condition of my lower back by doing some ab work, but yeah, that's not happening.
LOL
getting old sucks!
Yes! I'm starting to understand why my 88 year old grandma is always complaining about pain all over and various health issues. I will be a total whiner by the time I'm 88, I already have a head start!
Only for about the last 7 months since I developed my muscle knots in my right shoulder/neck. Before that I've always been healthy. It sucks. In a sense I've learned to live with it but there are still some days where I'm so effin miserable from it and sometimes I'll cry because Tylenol doesn't even help and I have limited options right now. I haven't lost hope yet though. It can go away one day.
But then there's that fear too. I'm just getting older what next will appear ya know?
man, you fuuuckers are old!
Blue it sounds like allergies or dry eyes. You probably need something stronger than over the counter drops. Have you been to an opthomaligist lately? I probably spelled that wrong.
Yes, I have arthritis though so its to be expected.
You know how someone was saying last month that they were walking around like a grandma because of their hips? Yeah, that is me almost everyday if I have been sitting for a while. Dh calls me grandma sometimes.
Daycare is SO exhausting!

Oh and my feet! I used to be able to run in three inch heels, now I wear thick running shoes most of the time. I am going to soak in a hot tub.
I sometimes feel achy, or have a headache o something, but most days I feel somewhere between fine and great. I'm 36, eat healthy food, don't smoke get a lot of light exercise regularly, but I don't work out like a fiend or anything.
Are you sure you aren't under too much stress or depression?
