What are you getting your mom for Mother's day?
I am completely stumped. I really don't know what to get my mom so I'm wondering what everyone else is getting for their mom.
Re: What are you getting your mom for Mother's day?
You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say will be misquoted and used against you. My Blog
I'm having an assortment of imported cheeses delivered to her house. Cheese is our family's crack.
Updated September 2012.
Flowers and I made her a nice dinner last weekend.
We are going away this weekend, so we celebrated with my mom last weekend.
I have no idea. Probably something for her garden.
For my mom I'll just call and say "happy mothers day"
for H's mom (they make a huge thing about any little holiday) we'll likely go to her house and we need to get a gift that's about $50-75 ....I have no clue as to what that gift will be though. kinda running out on time though.
I'm taking both my mom and my MIL for a girls day, Lunch, massages, and mani/ pedis.
A grandchild?
IDK. H picked out cards. We're having his mom over for brunch, so that should be sufficient. Maybe I'll have a plant shipped to my mom.
I sent her this Harry and David gift box. She loves sweets.
In the past, I have sent her things from Crabtree & Evelyn like this.
A few years ago, I sent her stuff from Red Envelope but I don't see it on their site now.
We're taking her and my dad out to lunch.
And a card.
Yeah that's right my name's Yauch!
This is what I was thinking I might do with her. Lunch and mani/pedis. I think she'll like to do something together instead of a gift.

I think DD and I will take her to brunch, then do something girly after - pedi, maybe?
We got my mom a keurig and I am making her dinner on Sunday. Her birthday is next week though so it is a birthday/mother's day gift.
We'll send MIL an edible arrangement.
I think that is sweet. Are all the trees in a row on the property? Are they all different trees or the same type each year? Fruit trees? Ornamental?
Got MIL a Willow Tree figurine.
Stepmom a Starbucks gift card, tea, and a nice lotion.
Mom nice soap, little candle, and a nice lotion.
my mom - microdry foam bath mat & hanging flower basket + card
We're going to my parents on Sunday and I'm making these for all the mother's:

Mom got a year grandparent membership to the zoo, with the plus two guests add-on, so she can take other grown-ups with her. We're making brunch at our house on Sunday, and I may also get her a plant just to piss my dad off, lol.
We just send a card to SMIL because h finds it a little bit awkward and difficult. I think I'm going to be able to talk him into sending flowers from dd, though, since she is grammie through and through.
The pottery program at our local parks & rec center had their spring pottery sale last weekend. Both my mom and MIL are getting pieces from that.
I got my mom a very cool dish, and a mug and vase for MIL.

we all fall down sometimes
brass and ballet flats
I'm taking a pregnancy test on Friday if my period is still MIA. I just joked with my H that it could double as a Mother's Day gift and potentially her birthday depending on the exact timing.
