Planned Eating/Exercise for Wed.

B: oatmeal w/chocolate chips, hot Irish Breakfast tea

L: Avocado sandwich w/tomato, 1.5 slices provolone cheese, balsamic vinegar, Fage Greek yogurt

D: veggie corn dogs, green beans, risotto

S1: TJ's ww crackers

S2: 1/2 bagel thin w/natural PB and organic Grape Jelly

Dessert: Naval orange that I didn't eat last night

E: Core work, day off the bike

    B: protein shake w/ almond milk and banana

    L: panera or sushi out, no lunch things in the house

    S: 1/2 clif bar

    D: something homemade. Hopefully chicken satay or something tasty.

  • 4 mile run, light lifting, and lots of stretches. Abs still super sore :-/
  • B - coffee with milk and sugar, banana

    L - southwest salad (veggies, cheese, black beans, avocado, peppers) with ranch dressing; strawberries

    S - half of a turkey and cheese sandwich (I brought two lunches and no snacks today, so this is what I'm working with)

    D - Indian chickpea patties, garlic naan, raita (greek yogurt with cucumber and cilantro)

    S2 - lime-glazed cake with strawberries

    E - 5 mile run, 45 min yoga

    D: Leftovers.  Probably whiskey pulled pork on a potato.

    L: turkey (Like real turkey! H cooked a turkey on Sunday!), avocado, and all-fruit blackberry preserves on whole wheat, a pear

    S: Greek yogurt

    D: turkey and something that uses up a ton of spinach?

    E: nothing. i'm in a funk. i need to get my act together on the exercise front. i haven't run since last thursday and i don't have a good excuse.
