Re: Pizza Pan recs
What stone do you have?
(I'm open to all options and am thinking of it for homemade pizza)
We bought our pizza stone a few years ago from Williams-Sonoma and I bake pizza at 450 or 500 degrees depending on the crust and I've never had a problem with it damaging the stone. Be sure to preheat the oven with the stone in it. I also use a pizza peel to get my pizza in and out of the oven quickly, I bought it from Crate&Barrel.
