I have got to share this recipe with you guys
We went to Trader Joes on Saturday to shop before Casey came home. I haven't grocery shopped since we've been home and before that. We basically had Tuna, bread and peanut butter and jelly in our cupboards. LOL.
Anyway, while there they were giving out samples of this soup. IT WAS SO GOOD. I ended up making it last night and it was once again. DELISH.
It was super easy too.
Freekah Meatball Soup
1 bag frozen Party Meatballs
1 carton Chicken Broth
1 jar Red Pepper Spread
1 pouch Fully cooked Freekeh
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (in the can)
1 cup Cream
Throw everything in a pot and heat until meatballs are completely heated through.

Mae- I don't think it's spicy. My mouth has been super sensitive to spice since being pregnant and it didn't bother me at all.
WishIwereahousewife- You aren't a bad wife. I wouldn't have known until I tried this soup. I still don't know for sure. Its some sort of grain and probably sold next to their fully cooked brown rice.
