As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am betting it is a done deal by the time I get home (approx 6:30-7:00 PST) assuming counting the West Coast (CA, OR, WA) for Obama.
So yes, you'll know by 10:00pm EST
I don't know. But I am so intrigued to see how newspapers on the East Coast handle it...I know they get extended deadlines, but how late? That's up for grabs.
