in GA there is a new "due dilligence period" where the inspection, all fixes from the amendment (stemming from what was found at the inspection) have to be agreed upon to be fixed by closing, the buyer has this time period to continue looking and if they'd like the contract can be broken for any reason during this said "due diligence period".
Well as I've stated before this woman is a nut/fruitcake and so this period ends at midnight 11/7/08. So just keep us in your prayers as that is when the contract will be in full effect legally. Right now it's just pending.........
