Scott and I are looking to go away for a night. We would really really like, as cheesy as it is, a room with a jacuzzi and a fireplace. Any suggestions... we just want a night away- and with a jacuzzi and a fireplace... why leave the room
Re: Recommend a getaway!
Jackson, NH!! It is so beautiful up there!!! It is right next to North Conway...which has outlets too.

Good Luck
The adventure suites is alot of fun! It's a bit pricey, but the rooms are great. We stayed in the Jungle Room... BIG HOT TUB in the room... was nice. Most of the other rooms had a two (tiny tiny person) jaccuzzi, but the Jungle room could fit a few people...
No fireplaces in that room though, but i am not sure if the other rooms do or not.
The White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport. But it's pricey . . .
I think it's room #8. Huge jacuzzi. Both of us fit in it, & my husband is 6'7" tall! Fireplace opens both to the bedroom & the bathroom. And I think that the TV swivels to both the bedroom & the bathroom.
the Glynn House Inn in Ashland. www.glynnhouse.com
Gorgeous rooms with spa tubs and fireplaces!
I've stayed at the Wren's Nest Inn in the Lodge Suite and it had a great jacuzzi as well as a fireplace. I stayed there when I lived in Concord and we wanted a Seacoast getaway - it was very nice - they also bring you a breakfast basket outside your door.
Someone else I know liked Adventure Suites in North Conway too - I can't remember who though. Maybe Jacquelyn?
Sounds like a great idea Cayla! I could use a getaway right now. Let me know where you end up and what you think - maybe I'll try to get Jude to go somewhere after my chemo!
