Re: Where to buy adirondack chairs?

  • We got ours from ACE hardware almost 3 years ago and they have held up really well even in our Colorado climate and altitude. They are wood, so I had to paint them but they also fold up to take less space in the garage during the winter.

When we got ours they were $45. a piece, but I swear I saw them on sale in the paper a few weeks ago for $30.

  • I would check Lowes, Home Depot, Menards, Sams and Costco.

I've only found resin ones at these spots (keeping in mind that we dont' have Menards in NJ).  I'm heading to Ace and a few local shed builders this weekend to look for a wooden one.

Of course, the one store that I'm pretty sure carries them :-(

  • I'm not sure if they have them where you live, but World Market (aka Cost Plus) carries them with their outdoor summer furniture.  They usually will have them on sale throughout the summer and then great closeout prices in July.

  • I just bought 2 from LL Bean and they are great. They fold up so we can store them over the winter.

Ditto, we got ours when they were on sale for $30 at ACE. They're not the most fun to put together and paint but they turned out great for a fraction of the price. They are adjustable as well and you can get the ottomans there too for super cheap.

  • They have wooden ones at our HD for $30-35 a piece right now.

We got the resin ones from Lowes last year and one already broke this year. Not making that mistake again.

The Nest/Bump sucks and won't let me change my location. I'm in Arkansas, not Florida.
