Re: Obama's grandmother passed away
That is so sad. I wonder if she was aware enough to know that her grandson is so close to being the next president.
Losing a loved one is enough stress in itself... let alone tomorrow being election day.
He was quoted as saying that when he saw her on that visit in October that she still had all her faculties (at that time). I'm glad he got to say goodbye to her. She even got eye surgery at one point a few months ago so she could see Barack on TV better. The way he described her in his book was so sweet...bless her heart. I'm sad for them.
