Manic Monday
in celebration of the return of our old board, what's the best and worst thing that happened to you this weekend, MINUS GETTING OUR BOARD BACK OF COURSE!!

best: my dad came home from the hospital, DH had a good birthday saturday, and we got to hang out with friends!
worst: the only "bad" thing was that saturday wasn't hot enough for us to swim at our friends' house...but that's not even that bad, we had fun hanging out anyways!

best: we got one new car!
worst: i had to work the entire weekend and I felt sick.
Adventures of A Girl and Her Apron
Best: We got some huge house projects done. We re-painted the trim on the entire front of the house and painted the front porch and the back deck. It feels awesome to have it all done - and we're one step closer to having our house ready to rent/sell!!
Worst: I am sooooo sore from painting for three days in a row! I feel like I did squats all weekend long!
Worst: Azlyn was pretty much up most of Friday night coughing and crying
. We took her to the immediate med place on Saturday on she has a double ear infection. Poor thing.
Best: Getting older and Azlyn being sick kind of ruined the whole weekend.. but, I really did enjoy my giant frozen yogurt from Menchies last night!
Best: DH and I went to a wedding on Saturday at the Atlanta Botanical Gardens. It was our first night out since L was born!
Worst: I didn't get any cake at the wedding
All I talked about was getting to eat cake (I knew I'd get to drink wine, so that wasn't as exciting). We went to a wedding a month ago, but brought L with us. He ended up melting down before cake was served at that wedding and I had to go back to the hotel. This time we ended up leaving the wedding around 10:15 and they hadn't done cake yet. Oh well...
best - getting a new tattoo!!!
worst - being super sleepy on saturday
