any results from 30day shred?

Looking to start this program and curious to see if anyone has seen results from this program. Please share your thoughts on this!

    Hey, I think it's a great program. I did it after having my baby last November then once I was comftortable with the program I started insanity, which I love too. I also recommend her ripped in 30 DVDs which I think are a little more challenging. It's hard for me to give results because I had just had a baby one month before starting 30 ds then I started insanity which gave great results, but I do know many people who have had results from 30 ds. Good luck!!! If you are a my fitnesspal user there are tons of threads and groups for 30 ds, 
  • I've done it a couple times and seen good results. I had to add in a couple days off and never made it the full 30 days and I wasn't a beginner. Not to scare you off but push while listening to your body. 
  • I did it in January when I couldn't get outside. I'll still pop them in every now and then when the weather's bad. It's a good video. Just like anything else, you get out what you put in, and it's only 20 minutes, so that alone isn't going to make you lose tons of weight.

    I agree that you get out what you put in.

    Personally, I have tried it and I was pretty good, but it got boring.  I think if I were dedicated to excercise DVDs I would have to mix it up more. 

    I do think they were good excercises.  I have read previously on these boards that people who stuck with it saw definate results.

  • I have done the 30 day shred and lost about 5lbs in 3 weeks. doesnt seem like a lot but i did take a day off here and there.
