Memorial Day BBQ Ideas
We have a bbq on Saturday and one on Sunday this weekend. I'm trying to decide what to take to both. Can you ladies give me ideas? I'm trying to think of something different and kid-friendly. The one on Saturday is all outside. The one on Sunday is at someone's house.

Watermelon Jicama salad
3 cups cubed watermelon. 1 cup cubed jicama 1 tbsp cilantro 2 tbsp light oil and 2 tbsp white wine vinegar. Juice of 1 lime
Dice the watermelon and jicama and toss in salad bowl. Finely chop the cilantro and add to lidded glass jar. Add oil, vinegar and lime juice. Put lid on tight and shake vigorously. Pour over salad just before serving.
