I met someone a few months back who was trying to recruit me to join her team on a business opportunity. She seemed to have a great personality and I considered it but decided to go a different direction that was a better fit for me. So today I told her about my decision and that I would continue to come to her as my go to person for her brand. She sent me a super nasty message that outright said she had no use for me unless I was going to be joining her team. What a witch! Obviously, I made the right decision on that one. I may not be the greatest person when it comes to staying in contact with people since I have a tendency to spread myself too thin, but I certainly wouldn't want anyone to think they had no value to me unless I was making money off of them. Seriously thought about sending her a message back letting her know that she might want to take some business classes to learn about the importance of building relationships with people.

Multi-level marketing thing in disguise, maybe, and she has pressure to recruit?

Oh it's totally MLM. There wasn't any disguise about that. I meet a lot of MLMers in my networking groups. Maybe I have a distorted view of the world, but I can't imagine being so blatantly nasty to a client or really anyone like that.
