Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW PIP, Best Birthday Gift EVER!
MH worked the whole weekend while DD & I were away on a gift for me. About a week ago I told him that I wanted him to make something for me with DD's handprints while she's still small. ( My birthday was this past Saturday)
Back when I was in High School my BFFs and I hung out together in my BFF's grandparent's basement (She lived with them) their basement had a kitchen/livingroom in it so we had all of our "sleepovers" there. They let us decorate the living room, so we painted each wall something different, then put our handprints on the ceiling. When MH & I started dating (I was a senior) we put our handprints on the ceiling together like we were holding hands. SOMEHOW he remembered this from when I asked him to make something with DD's handprints.
He got permission to go to their house, cut out the piece of ceiling that had our prints on it, and he made a frame with it, it has enough space between our prints to put our kid's handprints in it. He had it all framed up for me when I got back from my trip last night. We did DD's prints today. Here's how it came out!:
