As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nanny-Sitter Available
I have a wonderful nanny who I am trying to find additional baby-sitting work for evenings and weekends to help her out financially. She takes care of my 21 month old better than i can could ever wish for while I am at work. She is bi-lingual and is quickly learning english. She is proactive and if you show her how you want things done, she is a quick learner.
