I have, best thing I ever did. I had saline under the muscle. Was driving day 6. Pain really isn't that bad. When you wake up in the morning you will be sore (morning boob lol). Takes about 20 minutes for the implants to settle then you are good. Make sure you sleep propped up and are careful with your movement--you need to rest and relax so try to lay as much as possible and sleep. Let me know if you have any other specific questions! My experience was awesome though and will definitely be doing it again in the future, but this time switching to silicone.
