Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I was recommended to ask you about your "adventure" in cancelling a security service. 2.5 weeks ago I signed with ADT to do my security but they have been worthless pieces of sh!t and my system is STILL non-functional. At this point, I want to get the hell out of my contract but I was reading online about others that had tried but were unsuccessful. I heard that you managed to get it done?? If so, would you be willing to share with me how you did it?
