Where to buy/sell stuff?
I am not sure if this is the right board to ask but...
Aside from the local newspaper and Craigslist, where can I post furniture for sale? Where do you look for used items?

We have several local stores that take furniture on consignment. I haven't tried it myself because you have to take the furniture in and I don't have a big enough vehicle for the furniture I wanted to sell. Some will pick up depending on distance/location.
Smaller/less expensive items we just donate to Goodwill. We buy there sometimes too - recently bought a solid wood headboard for our guestroom.
