Aunt Janet's Chicken Pasta! It's something that can be thrown together ahead of time in the crockpot, or make at home before dinner time.
1 box of Tri-colored rotini pasta, 3 cans of diced tomatoes (Italian style), 3 cups of chicken stock, garlic/Italian seasoning/salt/pepper/red pepper flakes to taste. I like to throw in fresh basil too. Add browned/diced chicken and you're good to go!
