I didn't get invited to my HS reunion.

It should be next month, and nobody has contacted me. On the one hand, that p*sses me off; I was a tutor my senior year and a lot of those f*ckers wouldn't have graduated on time without my help. On the other hand, I still look pregnant and don't want them judging me. I probably wouldn't go anyway, but I'd at least like to be invited.

Anyone else get snubbed/forgotten like this? Why do I even give a sh*t about this anyways?

Do you know for sure they're having a reunion?  I felt this way at the 5 year mark, but it turns out no one did anything.  The 10 year is coming up super soon, so it'll be interesting to see what happens and if anyone organizes anything.

Also maybe check that the school district has your updated info?  I just realized I've moved multiple times since graduating.  

If you've already done all this, then I'm sorry!   High school is overrated.  I should know, I teach it. ;-)

I know a couple people that were on the "do you know where they are?" list for our reunion. My friend was, I know specifically he did not give a crap about going so I didn't inform them. He did mention that he got snubbed, and I was like, "nah, they were looking for you, I didn't give them your info though." He appreciated that.

It could have been unintentional, I wouldnt read too much into it. If you want to go, contact them. If its time for your reunion, all that high school bullshit should be long over by now.

are you sure it's next month?  Mine is this year as well, but it won't be until Oct. (weekend will include attending a football game)

how where others notified? I know with my hs reunion is was a fb page that i had to friend request in order for me to see ticket info and all that good stuff

I agree with the others.  I figured I'd been skipped over for my 5-year (and didn't care) but it turned out there wasn't one.  My ten-year is this year, it's in October, and they have been contacting people solely through Facebook.  There are constantly posts asking for people's info, most of whom either don't have FB or have changed their names.

Is your info with them current? I didn't update my info and missed the 5 year reunion. Are you for sure there is one?

Why?  Because that's the month you graduated?  If this is all you're going on, I wouldn't assume there is one next month.  NONE of my reunions have been in the month we graduated.  They've all been in the fall - Oct/ Nov time frame.

Just something else to consider.

I am guessing it's next month based on the fact that it has been for the past 4 or 5 graduating classes having reunions. They are mainly going through FB, and I am not on FB, but for people that aren't, they are using other social media. I do have my name, maiden name, and year/school I graduated visible in a different social media profile, one I was told they have used to contact other people in my graduating class. A close friend was contacted through it last year about hers, so I know people are using it to find people and invite them. I could be wrong about it being the same month this time, or even that the people in my class have the brains to use other sites besides facebook just because they managed to do it last year.
