Am I making puppy lazy?

This may be a dumb question but I am new @ raising a puppy. I thought that the puppy would have boundless energy (lab/beagle mix) and that it would be too much work. But it seems...too easy...like I come home, let her out, feed her, play and pet for maybe 20 mins and then she just plays by herself. Of course I give her attention, play w/her intermittently, and let her outside to run around throughout the afternoon and evening. I'm worried though that me being too tired is affecting her OR could she just have more of a chill temperament than I expected? Thanks for your input lol.

I have a 6 month old bulldog. He's been pretty easy. He chews his toys and an occasional metal wheel, but he does not destroy things like cords, pillows, things on a coffee table or anything like that. He's had a bed in his crate since day one and he has never tired to chew it. He gets bursts of energy, but on the whole he is pretty chill. I read a lot about how hard having a puppy can be, but we are just not seeing it with him. But like humans, we are have different personalities.
The worse thing he does is put on the bully brakes while on walks. The boy is know for just stopping in the middle of the sidewalk and laying down. He puts on this sad "I'm tired" face even though he only walked about 100 feet. People start laughing at him. I've decided it's all an attention act.
You know he just wants you to carry him for the rest of his walk. He's just making sure you get your exercise!
I agree with everyone else, it might just be the dog's personality.
I happen to have the world's laziest lab. Seriously, he has always been content to just hang out for the most part. When he was a puppy, he would go for a walk and just lay down when he was done even if you weren't home yet! I really want to clone him, he is the exact opposite of the nightmare lab stories you here and it makes me afraid to get another one since I am so spoiled!
