As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I think a towel is great as a just-in-case kind of way. I know more than once, I've had it just ooze out before I thought. There's not always time to even reach over for wipes. But I always like to go to the bathroom after and push it out as well. And then I find I still end up "seeping" hours after we do the do!
So I use PANTYLINERS and find that works great. I do not like messes especially near my downstairs lol
