Just curious. My best girl friend and I have been friends for about 7 years now and I just can't talk to her about sex for some reason, it's too weird! I have another friend who I will talk with about the subject once in awhile but never in detail. What about you girls?

Yeah we do even with our husbands around. It gets interesting sometimes!

ETA: Her and I have been friends since middle school so we've known each other for a long time!

No. My sex life is private. I only talk to my H about it.

My BFFs are/were all virgins before marriage (as was I) so I have given general info to them about sex. Never anything about my sex life though.

While I was dating, I would talk to one of my good friends about it, and we would share stories.  I'll tell my best friend about some stuff (since I've been married).  But not share explicit details.

I have one guy friend who I'll talk about sex with, but I stopped discussing it with the rest of my friends shortly after DH and I got engaged.

I'm open with my roommate, since we have so much in common, but my MOH and I never open up about that type of stuff. Weve been friends since I was in 2nd grade and shes pretty shy. Some things are better left unknown

Nope. I don't talk to anyone but DH about it. I mean I might say a few things with a group of friends and a little wine but I keep the details to myself!

I dont talk to anyone. Thats why I like TN I love my friends, but it happens too often that people talk about other people. All I need is my intimate stories shared with other people.

Yes, I have have a few close girl friends that I've known for years and we do discuss sex. Good and bad.

Same here. It also might be less exciting to talk about as we get older and everything has been said already.

YES! It depends on the friend though. One of my BFFs I've known since college and we are alike in so many ways...neither of us has any shame. As for some of the newer ones I've made in the past few years, I've really had to feel them out. The ones that are closer to me in age I talk to them about anything and everything. I do have a couple super close friends that are older that we keep it not so open. I think it's good to have a couple of friends that you can talk about sex and anything else with.

When I was single, I would talk with two friends very intimately and in great detail (think SATC). Now that I'm married, DH's and my sex life is between the two of us.

Personally I don't. My best friends and I have been with our husbands so long that we are kind of like family. I kind of figure if I don't tell them stuff they don't necessarily want to hear, then I won't hear things I don't want to hear/know about people I consider as good as brothers to me.

I don't go into serious detail, but I get into a little detail.  Me and my friend have been friends since kindergarten, so I grew up with her and she's like a sister to me. With my newer friends I wouldn't talk at all about anything.
